About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Applications Engineering to lead a global organization that serves as the technical bridge between the company's silicon and firmware platform and the customer solutions deployed at scale. This senior leadership role is pivotal in owning the applications and customer enablement capabilities that drive the conversion of silicon and firmware into customer-shipping designs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the global Applications Engineering organization, including the delivery of reference designs, technical enablement collateral, and hands-on customer engagement. They will also own the technical customer engagement model from pre-sales to production ramp and be a key partner with various executive teams to deliver the next generation of programmable platforms. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Applications Engineering at the company include leading a multi-site organization, maintaining deep working credibility with R&D teams, and owning the customer support strategy across product families. The role demands a senior technical leader who can scale the company's products and accelerate customer adoption through effective team leadership, executive partnership, and a strong focus on customer success. The ideal candidate will have a background in a related field, a proven track record in a similar leadership role, and the ability to mentor and promote senior technical leaders.
