You will plan daily activities and assign tasks to crew members, coordinating HVAC installations according to blueprints, specifications, and engineered plans. You will oversee the installation of duct systems, equipment, refrigerant piping, ventilation systems, and controls components, making sure all work complies with local codes, safety standards, and quality expectations. You will collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, inspectors, and other trade professionals to ensure consistency across all project stages. Training apprentices and junior installers, managing materials and equipment, addressing roadblocks, and solving problems to keep projects on track and within budget will be part of your daily routine.
