What You'll Do Cultivate and strengthen strategic agency relationships. Drive profitable growth within an assigned territory. Underwrite and manage complex commercial accounts, including higher-hazard risks. Evaluate exposures, pricing, coverage, and risk characteristics to make sound underwriting decisions. Leverage advanced knowledge of commercial lines products, coverages, and rating methodologies. Mentor and develop fellow underwriting professionals. Champion new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on profitability. What We're Looking For 5+ years of Commercial Lines underwriting experience. Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of commercial underwriting principles, coverages, and rating concepts. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make confident business decisions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. CPCU, AU, or CIC designation preferred.
