Your Role - What Awaits You

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-ranging from chemistry to hematology and immunology-under defined protocols to help optimize patient outcomes.
• Scrutinize results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventive maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Be involved in specimen collection, meticulously preparing samples for analysis as required.
• Document procedures comprehensively, guide new team members or students, and actively participate in maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a tidy, safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Your Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, coupled with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Licenses/Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of hire, while actively maintaining your certification throughout employment.
