What You'll Do

• Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing education and emotional support
• Document medical histories, vital signs, and treatment updates accurately
• Manage urgent situations with professionalism and promptness
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and emergency procedures

What You Need

• Current RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• At least 2 years of emergency department nursing experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and endure the physical demands of ER nursing
