Crisis Services Therapist & Social Worker

Oaklawn

Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in South Bend is seeking a Social Worker / Therapist for Crisis Services to assess clients, develop treatment plans, and provide emergency therapy during crises. The role offers a structured weekday schedule and opportunities for supervision and professional growth within a compassionate team.

The position requires licensure-eligible social work credentials (LSW/LMHCA/LMFTA eligible; LCSW/LMHC/LMFT preferred), a diploma with transcripts, and prior social services
