Sr Applications Analyst Workday

This is a senior-level functional/technical applications role focused on Workday Recruiting and Reporting within a large healthcare environment. The position is designed for someone who can serve as a subject matter expert, lead configuration and optimization projects, support business process improvement, troubleshoot system issues, and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and vendors. The right candidate will be someone who can operate with minimal oversight, manage projects end-to-end, advise junior team members, and drive improvements in system workflows, reporting, and application performance. This person should be comfortable balancing hands-on system support/configuration, project leadership, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement initiatives. Because this role supports a health system, the ideal candidate should also be comfortable in a complex, mission-critical environment where urgent issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and off-hours/on-call support are part of the job.
