Arch Dental Assistant School – Stockton is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our hybrid, 10-week training program.

Schedule:

One weekday evening per week (6:00–8:00 PM or 7:00–9:00 PM, local time) online

Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, at our office location

Location: Stockton, CA (Hybrid: Online + In-Person)
Compensation: $32–$34/hr, depending on experience

What You'll Do

Lead live online classes
Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
Coach students during hands-on lab practice
Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements:

5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience (DA, RDA, or EFDA welcome)
Active Radiology Certification
CPR/BLS Certification
Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
Able to commute to location(s)

Nice-to-haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background
