Assistant Center Manager

Description The Assistant Center Manager supervises custodians and assists with administrative, managerial and risk management tasks of the health center and serves as backup in absence of the Center Manager. Requirements
- Requires an Associate's Degree or higher and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical or business office.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with diverse groups of health professionals and other staff.
- Must be a visionary, and positive role model, with supervisory experience and mature judgment.
- Ability to delegate responsibilities and create a climate of teamwork and accountability.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Must demonstrate excellent internal and external customer service skills.
- Certification as an Interpreter is preferred and ability to provide bilingual patient care is a plus.
