AbouttheRole: TheElectricalConstructionFieldSuperintendent(ECFS)playsacriticalleadershiproleinourConstructionDepartmentbyoverseeingfieldsupervisorsandcoordinatingmanpoweracrossmultipleprojects.TheECFSensuresourteamsoperateefficiently,safely,andprofessionallywhilepromotingExcel'scorevaluesineveryjobwedo. TheECFSblendshands-onfieldcoordination,peoplemanagement,andstrategicplanning.You'llberesponsibleforjobsitereadiness,workforcedevelopment,policyenforcement,andqualityoutcomes-leadingprojectsandpeopletosuccess. KeyResponsibilities: Staff Oversight : Allocate manpower, coordinate with project managers, monitor job progress, and support field supervisors in project planning. Administrative Duties : Manage time reporting, support HR and training processes, uphold company policies, and drive accountability. Workforce Development : Mentor supervisors, identify skill gaps, implement training plans, and promote leadership growth in the field. Job Closeout : Collaborate with PMs and Safety to analyze project outcomes and improve future performance.
