The ideal candidate will assist/provide evaluations, direct and consultative therapy, and IEP-related support services to students in accordance with school district requirements while supporting student mobility, educational access, and continuity of care. Appropriately licensed and/or certified PT (or supervised PT Assistant where permitted by applicable law and licensing requirements). Experience providing physical therapy services in a school or pediatric setting preferred. Responsibilities: Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments for students. Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services based on student needs. Develop recommendations, goals, accommodations, and interventions tailored to individual students. Address mobility, positioning, access, gross motor functioning, and participation within the educational environment. Recommend or assist with adaptive equipment and accessibility needs when appropriate. Monitor and document student progress throughout the course of services. Participate in IEP meetings and other student-related meetings as requested. Consult and collaborate with District personnel, parents/guardians, and other service providers.
