Sr. LTL Sales Executive

We are partnering with an established and growing 3pl brokerage to add a Specialized LTL Sales Executive to their growing Sales team.

Compensation: $80k - $110k base + commission

Location: Remote - ideally located in the NE region of the US (for desired territory coverage)

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully grow new business from prospecting to close
• Build relationships with new shipper clients and communicate the value of their LTL freight services
• Participate in new RFP bids

Requirements:

• 4+ years of 3pl brokerage Customer Sales experience
• Proven ability to build a book of business generating $1M in revenue in year 1
• Strong communication, negotiation, and B2B relationship building skills
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting
