Marketing Project Manager

Our client, a leader in the consumer product goods industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $28 to $38 per hour on w-2
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

What's the Job?

• Define project scope and create short and long-term goals in collaboration with stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional partners in Regulatory, R&D, the Operating Company, and Contract Manufacturers.
• Develop project plans, coordinate activities, and drive problem resolution for quality evaluation and improvement initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resources, communications, and budget to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support other activities as needed to advance initiatives in-line with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience effectively managing technical projects, including digital system implementation.
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fundamental understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
