JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC) Board: Board Certified/Board Eligible DEA: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide outpatient and inpatient electrophysiology consultations Perform pacemaker implants, ICD implants, and loop recorder procedures Perform ablations for AVN, SVT, and atrial flutter Manage patient population ages 18-100 Supervise and coordinate with assigned clinical team and APP
