Requirements: GED or high school diploma required; technical or trade training preferred. Two or more years using manual or CNC mills, lathes, or similar machines (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus). Can read blueprints, check dimensions, and fine-tune for accuracy. Reliable under pressure and proud of precise work. Safety-minded and able to handle physical demands.
