TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Bay City, Michigan. The assignment is 13 weeks at 40 hours per week. Job Summary We are looking for a Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) for an immediate travel opening in Bay City, MI. A suitable candidate must have at least one year of experience. Responsibilities Use diagnostic imaging equipment to produce accurate images for physicians. Prepare and care for patients undergoing radiologic testing. Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests, and explain imaging procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support. Follow physician orders regarding the area of the body requiring imaging. Correctly position patients and adjust imaging equipment to the appropriate position. Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure by taking appropriate protection precautions. Calibrate imaging equipment. Prepare results for review by the physician. Maintain accurate patient records. Understand and use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements Minimum one year of experience. BLS certification. ARRT (R) National Certification. State‑specific licensing when required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
