Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee clinical excellence managers in the assigned region
• Partner with customers to ensure high standards of patient care and satisfaction
• Develop and implement processes to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in sales processes and account management initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic objectives

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing clinical or customer-facing teams
• Healthcare or medical device industry background
• Strong account management and customer relationship skills
• Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned Midwest region
• Based within Midwest region with access to major airport
