Business Analyst III

Partner with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions Improve processes, customer experience, and business outcomes Understand complex challenges, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement Translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions Work independently and receive assistance or coaching from senior levels Coach other team members within area of expertise Develop and maintain linkages with retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners Provide senior management with proactive reporting and analysis for corporate and business line initiatives Work with line-of-business team members and resources Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, internal departments, and outside contacts Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes Analyze company data to identify and recommend initiatives that materially improve financial results Requirements Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to the required experience 3+ years of related experience Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Exceptional active listening skills Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects Occasional domestic travel Ability to perform continuous sedentary work, multiple tasks, standard office equipment operation, prolonged sitting, concentration, reading, writing, comprehension, and basic arithmetic Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and enhance customer experience.
