Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, coverage reviews, and general service requests. Identify opportunities to improve customer protection through household bundling and additional coverage recommendations. Retain existing clients by delivering a positive, solution-focused customer experience. Process policy endorsements and customer requests accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming calls promptly and return customer messages in a timely manner. Verify and update customer contact information during each interaction. Maintain knowledge of insurance products, underwriting guidelines, company procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and support agency goals. Follow up with clients regarding renewals, coverage updates, and account servicing needs. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Help contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented office environment. Requirements Active Louisiana Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License required. Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude. Willingness to learn, grow, and be coachable in a fast-paced agency environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Professional phone and communication etiquette. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through.
