Receptionist Position
Newton Chevrolet of Russellville is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team in Russellville, KY. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication within the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the dealership.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or person.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Ensure the reception area reflects the company's professional image.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
