In this role, you’ll provide services 2.5 days per week—on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday mornings—allowing for an excellent balance between work and personal time. Your expertise in AAC devices will be crucial in maximizing successful student communication and participation.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Hold, or be eligible for, national ASHA CCC-SLP certification or currently completing CFY
• Experience with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
• Background in working with students in ABA programs is highly valued
• Familiarity and proficiency with AAC devices and related technology
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language and AAC services to students primarily in preK-4, with some caseload in grades 5-8
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with ABA program teams and special educators
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Train staff and families in the effective use of AAC devices
• Support a positive and inclusive classroom environment
