Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Soliant has an opening for a contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Champaign, Illinois area. This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and an exceptional Health Benefits & 401k package.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or comparable.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of two years experience in behavior analysis services.
Skills & Abilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and families to support student needs.
- Provide training and consultation to school staff on behavioral strategies and implementation.
- Use data collection and analysis to monitor progress and inform decisions.
- Experience supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and emotional/behavioral needs.
