Sales Executive / Market Advisor
LIFE'S TOO SHORT, WORK SOMEWHERE AWESOME Motus Freight is looking for a results-driven, relationship-focused Sales Executive / Market Advisor to join our growing team. If you are competitive, motivated by success, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.
This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys prospecting, developing new business, and building long-term client partnerships. As a Market Advisor, you will cultivate and grow your own book of business while collaborating within a high-performing, team-oriented culture.
What You Bring:
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Competitive drive with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Location: Onsite at our headquarters in Bellevue, KY just minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound sales calls and client outreach
- Close new accounts and expand existing partnerships
- Negotiate rates and terms with customers
- Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure exceptional service
