Job Summary:
The medical surgical floor nursing professional will provide care in an addiction and mental health treatment facility located in CENTER CITY, Minnesota. The position involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM for a 12-week assignment, with the possibility of extension. The candidate will be supporting a facility that offers a campus-like environment with private rooms and communal areas, and has the potential to work during a scheduled strike period with strike pay. Experience in psychiatric, medical-surgical, or substance abuse settings is preferred.
Job Details:
- Location: CENTER CITY, Minnesota
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS are needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, preferably with psychiatric, medical-surgical, or substance abuse backgrounds. Valid licensure for Minnesota is required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in psychiatric, medical-surgical, or substance abuse treatment settings.
- Additional Information: The assignment is for 12 weeks, with a possibility of extension. Client has housing available, which is campus-like with private rooms and a communal, hotel-style area. The start date is 07/20/2026. The position may require working during a scheduled strike period and will include strike pay if applicable. No other operational or clinical responsibilities are specified.
