Pay & Schedule Hourly Pay: $22.50 per hour Schedule: First Shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Benefits Warehouse positions pay each week Paid training and support Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) starting 30 days Paid time off 401(k) company match High valued stock at 15% employee discount Employee discounts on tools, cars, hotels, electronics, etc. Safety gear provided Caring leadership prioritizing safety Focus on continuous improvement Requirements Associate’s degree preferred High school diploma required Previous experience in a food grade facility Experience with GMPs, FDA, USDA, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities Verify and monitor relevant finished packaging codes as it relates to specifications Assist in effectively inspecting product for quality issues and remove defects/contaminants such as stones, wood, glass, plastic, etc., prior to packaging in accordance to specifications Perform timely checks to meet specifications Provide supervisors/managers with proper quality documentation as required Maintain good manufacturing practices (GMP) with emphasis on safety Maintain quality to meet all standards required by FDA, USDA, etc. Ensure product quality to meet customer, state, and federal guidelines Other duties as required or assigned Screening Requirements Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check; a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
