JFK Passenger Service Agent – All Nippon Airways Location: Jamaica, New York. Shift: A.M. shift Monday – Sunday. Part‑time, non‑exempt. Pay: $21.25 hourly. Applicants must submit a resume by request. N.B. Interviews by appointment only; no walk‑ins allowed. Responsibilities Assist passengers with baggage pick‑up. Resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items. Use computer software to track and catalog luggage. Handle customer interactions in a professional manner. Perform additional duties as assigned within required skill and experience. Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds or more regularly; lift weights of 40–50 pounds on raised surfaces. Basic Qualifications 1 year of related experience preferred. Bilingual fluency required – English plus one of Japanese, Indonesian, Chinese, Filipino, Tagalog, Mandarin, or Spanish. Must be a local resident of New York State. High school diploma or GED. Valid state ID. Successfully pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check. Age 18 or older. Authorized to work in the United States. Complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security. Ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
