Travel: 50% overnight travel

Are you an experienced professional in the aesthetic or medical aesthetics industry who enjoys building strong customer relationships and helping practices maximize their success?

We are seeking a Practice Success Manager to support current customers and help them successfully implement, grow, and expand their use of a leading medical aesthetics technology portfolio.

Position Overview

The Practice Success Manager will work closely with existing accounts to help them maximize the success and return on investment of their technology. This individual will serve as a trusted business partner to practices, providing ongoing support, educating staff on current products, and identifying opportunities for growth.

This is a high-impact role that combines customer success, relationship management, business strategy, implementation support, and business development.

Please note: This position is not responsible for clinical product training. Dedicated Clinical Specialists handle clinical training and education.

Compensation

• $100,000 base salary
• $10,000 annual car allowance, paid biweekly with salary
• 3% commission on opportunities created
• $2,000 automatic installation fee for qualifying technology purchases
• Full benefits

The earning potential in this position is exceptional. Practice Success Managers currently in the organization have the potential to earn $450,000 to $600,000 annually based on performance and account growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers
• Travel onsite to support customers with the implementation and utilization of the company's technology portfolio
• Educate office and practice staff on current products and how the technology can be successfully incorporated into their business
• Help practices build effective treatment and service packages utilizing the company's technology
• Assist customers in creating packages that combine their existing services with the company's technology
• Help customers develop strategies to increase utilization and maximize return on investment
• Partner with practices to plan and execute two customer events per year
• Help customers structure events with the goal of generating enough revenue to achieve a return on their technology investment
• Encourage and support customers in attending regular business summits and educational events
• Identify additional growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Partner with internal sales and business development teams on opportunities
• Generate and create additional sales opportunities within current accounts
• Serve as a trusted resource and strategic business partner for customers
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term account success

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 50% overnight travel is required
• Travel will primarily involve visiting current customer accounts onsite
• Candidates must be comfortable with frequent overnight travel and managing a territory independently
