PhysMED operates as a trustworthy, transparent medical partner to area personal injury attorneys and referring medical providers for all of our 7 clinical locations (Sarasota, Port Charlotte, Naples, Bradenton, Fort Myers, Venice, and St. Petersburg).

The Role The Sales Manager will oversee both the medical and legal sales teams, as well as all direct-to-consumer and patient marketing. The primary responsibility of this position is to increase overall patient referrals to PhysMED. The ideal candidate will combine high-level executive team oriented communication with a strict focus on operational excellence, ensuring all sales and marketing initiatives are data-conscious, structured, and solutions-oriented.

Core Responsibilities

• Leadership : Lead and oversee the legal and medical sales teams to actively drive patient referrals while maintaining a strict focus on ethical practices and operational excellence. 

• Referral Relations: Protect and enhance relations with personal injury attorneys and medical providers through prompt response times, ethical billing, and medical clarity.

• Digital Presence: Create and maintain a digital process with the goal to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. 

• Clinical Transparency: Educate referral sources and consumers on our strict clinical boundaries, clearly communicating that PhysMED solely treats acute/sub-acute auto accident injuries and does not provide long-term pain management or prescribe continuous opioids.

• Highlighting Capabilities: Market our specialized clinical protocols, actively promoting our speciality services.

• Operational Alignment: Collaborate with centralized case managers and the Records Coordinator to market our rapid records fulfillment and proactive legal updates regarding patient treatment progress.

• Technology & Scaling: Leverage our centralized back-office technology stack, specifically our CRM, to automate workflows, utilize AI analytics, build operational scale, and improve overall referral production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a strong background in leading, building, and managing sales projects and teams.

• Comprehensive knowledge of our core services: interventional pain management, chiropractic care, physical rehabilitation, durable medical equipment (DME), and diagnostic and referral coordination.

• Demonstrated ability to leverage centralized technology stack to build operational scale and improve bottom-line performance.

• Strong background in continuous process improvement, with the ability to optimize workflows and scale sales teams and operations efficiently.

Compensation & Incentive Structure

• Base Salary: $75,000 annually.

• Target Earnings (Base + Incentive): $120,000+ per year.
