Camp Bullfrog Lake, located in Willow Springs, IL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Pro Shop/Groundsmen! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Role Type: Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less) Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitors, implements, and adheres to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls
• Assists golf professionals with checking in golfers and maintaining a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play
• Assists with receiving merchandise and adheres to purchase order procedures
• Assists with the rotation of shop displays
• Maintains an organized stockroom and assists the buyer and other shop assistants with inventory and golf shop cleanliness
• Assists with pricing merchandise
• Assists with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels
• Provides service in every way possible, going the extra mile to meet guest expectations
• Performs other duties as requested by the Head Professional

Education/Experience/Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to fluently speak and write English

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. to waist height
• Frequent bending, turning, kneeling, and stooping
• Exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Repetitive motion required, including computer entry
• Must be able to operate a golf car in a safe manner
• Normal vision and hearing required
