Lead Recruiter

Accenture, a global professional services company, is seeking a Workday Certified Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Architecture Lead. Responsibilities Design and architect the entire Recruiting/Paradox solution ensuring cohesive work streams and cross‑functional impact mitigation. Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruiting solution across Workday Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore, and related touchpoints. Manage teams in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures. Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting strategies. Create statements of work and client proposals. Oversee vendor relationships. Lead and facilitate workshops and client education sessions. Manage project resources, budgets, and client escalation points. Provide subject‑matter expertise to guide functional solution decisions. Mentor and manage performance metrics of project staff. Conduct discovery sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices. Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies. Report project status to the Delivery Lead. Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management. Ensure clients adopt Workday best practices. Support innovation through creation of new industry‑leading methods and assets. Qualifications Workday HCM and Recruiting certification. Minimum 5 years of consulting or client‑side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role. Minimum 5 years of Workday Implementation experience. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Paradox experience. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on HiredScore experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); Associate’s Degree must have at least 6 years of equivalent experience. Preferred 10 years of Workday‑related implementations. Demonstrated knowledge of HR function & processes. Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations. Location Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% based on business need and client requirements.
