Job Description
The Front Desk Agent is a vital part of the guest experience, responsible for managing guest check-ins, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. This role requires working independently during 8-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, to maintain a welcoming and efficient lobby environment while adhering to safety policies.
Must be available for 2nd & 3rd Shift.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests efficiently
- Assist customers with inquiries and requests
- Process payments accurately and securely
- Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure a safe, orderly environment
- Update and manage booking information
- Comply with all safety and security protocols
