Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Emergency Room (ER) services. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population, ranging from newborns to geriatrics, in a fast-paced environment.Shift Details12-hour night shifts36 hours per weekEvery other weekend and holidays as neededKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver nursing care to patients across the lifespan, ensuring care is tailored to individual needs based on age-related growth and development.Utilize clinical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and cooperation between emergency services personnel.Manage patients requiring advanced treatments, including drips and ventilatory support.Adapt to high-pressure situations with a focus on patient safety and quality care.Qualifications2+ years of current Emergency Department experience is required. More experience is preferred.Prior travel nursing experience is required.Experience with the EPIC electronic medical record system is required.Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.Must possess a valid New Hampshire or compact RN license.Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required.Must have dependable transportation during the assignment.Professional RequirementsAll medical and occupational health compliance items must be completed within five days of acceptance. Requested time off must be clearly noted at the time of submission, and no more than five days will be accepted.Work EnvironmentThe Emergency Department is equipped with 20 beds and is newly renovated with state-of-the-art monitors and communication devices. The nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:5, ensuring focused and individual patient attention.Dress CodeProfessionally provided scrubs without logos are required.Interpersonal SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as effective teamwork is key to providing comprehensive emergency medical services.
