Dental Assistant

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant responsible for supporting dentists during treatments, exams, and patient discussions. Key duties include: Greeting and preparing patients Capturing x-rays Assisting with procedures Sterilizing rooms Discussing treatment options Providing polishing and sealants Supporting appointment scheduling Ensuring sterilization standards The role requires maintaining patient engagement, guiding post-care, and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications include Texas-issued RDA licensing; certifications in sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, and coronal polishing are preferred. Experience with digital x-ray and charting is necessary. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent customer service skills.
