Home Health Aide Needed

About who needs care: Currently on hospice, but family is struggling to find care givers to cover 24 hours a day. It is unlikely that my grandparent will live longer than 2 weeks so this would be short term. About the care needs: Someone who can manage moving 93lbs independently, administer medications independently, and facilitates communication with the family on a daily basis. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
