Med Surg RN - Contract

Registered Nurse Seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN for a fast-paced 28-bed unit with diverse patient care needs. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating individualized care plans, utilizing clinical pathways, and providing patient education to ensure positive outcomes. Act as a clinical resource, demonstrate leadership, and communicate effective within an interdisciplinary team. Requirements include at least 2 years of Med Surg experience, trauma level I or II experience, Michigan RN license, and BLS certification. Travel experience is preferred.
