Position Overview

As a QMAP at The Argyle, you play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and dignity. You will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with daily activities, and fostering a warm, supportive environment that enhances our residents' quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately according to QMAP regulations and individual care plans.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care.
• Provide compassionate support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Uphold the highest standards of unreasonable hospitality by going above and beyond for residents and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership to ensure an exceptional care experience.

Qualifications

• Current QMAP certification in the state of Colorado.
• Experience working with seniors in an assisted living or healthcare setting is preferred.
• A compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to the evolving needs of residents.
