What You'll Bring to the Team:
• Exceptional woodworking skills developed through real, hands-on experience-cabinet making, finishing carpentry, furniture building, or similar.
• Mastery of hand tools and the ability to craft pieces you'd be proud to have in your own home.
• A commitment to quality-you work until the job is done right, not just done.
