Construction Project Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead structural steel construction projects from award through completion. This individual will be responsible for managing project execution, budgets, schedules, change orders, client relationships, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage structural steel projects from kickoff through completion. Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource planning. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, detailers, and field teams. Review construction drawings and project plans to ensure accuracy and execution. Manage contractual obligations and project documentation. Review and approve change orders while maintaining project profitability. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Prepare status reports and provide updates to leadership and clients. Travel to project sites as needed to support project execution. Experience managing multiple commercial or industrial construction projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes. Bachelor's degree in Construction --Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Business. Experience mentoring Project Managers, Coordinators, or Administrators. Knowledge of Tekla and 3D modeling practices. Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite. #J-18808-Ljbffr
