About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and entry level Processor to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan closing process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with applicable regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, fast learning skills and a thorough understanding of mortgage processes. We are willing to train fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process residential and/or commercial real estate files from contract to post-closing
• Review contracts, order title searches, clear title issues, and coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients
• Prepare settlement statements, CDs, and closing documents
• Ensure timely and accurate communication throughout the closing process
• Utilize Qualia to manage and document each transaction
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines
• Maintain compliance with title industry standards and state regulations
• Notarize documents (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• F ast learner and willing to adapt to new career path.
• Willing to learn Qualia software and start using it.
• Must be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a high volume of transactions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• In-office presence required (this is not a remote position)
• Notary Public commission is a plus
