Work cross-functionally to manage engineering projects, optimize manufacturing processes, support equipment installations, and drive continuous improvement efforts.Day to Day Responsibilities Support manufacturing, production, facility, and equipment engineering projectsInvestigate project feasibility, scope, schedules, budgets, and technical requirementsDevelop and maintain engineering drawings, layouts, models, and technical documentationCreate scopes of work, bid packages, project specifications, and installation packagesCoordinate equipment installations, facility modifications, and utility integration projectsCollaborate with production, maintenance, quality, safety, suppliers, contractors, and engineering teamsReview technical drawings, equipment designs, and engineering specificationsParticipate in field walkdowns, site evaluations, and as-built verification activitiesSupport manufacturing process improvements and operational efficiency initiativesAssist with equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsTrack project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while communicating project status to stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement activities while supporting safety, quality, and operational objectivesThis is a Full Time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have: 3-10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing, automotive, battery, industrial, or production environment.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or a related technical field3- years of experience in manufacturing, production, automotive, battery, industrial, or engineering project environmentsExperience supporting manufacturing operations, equipment installations, facility improvements, or capital projectsAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentationStrong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliersProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervisionPreferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor, Revit, or similar engineering softwareExperience in automotive, battery manufacturing, or high-volume production environmentsKnowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial equipment, facility systems, utilities, or automation systemsLean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or Toyota Production System experienceExperience supporting facility expansion, production startup, or equipment commissioning projectsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teamsDemonstrates strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindsetPay Rate: $50-75/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
