Client Advisor

Summary As a Client Advisor you will be an ambassador of the brand, responsible for creating memorable, personalized experiences for clients and building long-term relationships. The role requires a customer-focused, commercial mindset and the ability to advise across product categories while using in-house clienteling tools. You will contribute to individual and team sales objectives in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Responsibilities Provide personalized service and product advice to clients across all categories Achieve individual and team sales goals and contribute to store performance Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling systems Learn and master brand and product knowledge to advise clients effectively Act as a trusted personal advisor, tailoring the in-store experience to client needs Requirements Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment, or strong customer-centric background Strong commercial orientation with a willingness to learn and develop sales skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude Ability to use clienteling tools and maintain client records to drive repeat business Flexible availability to work retail hours and support team objectives #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
