About the Role They are seeking a Trading Engineer to join a fast‑paced strategy and development team at one of the most respected names in quantitative trading. This person will be at the intersection of technology and trading, ensuring that complex systems run flawlessly and evolve intelligently as new challenges emerge. Core Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across proprietary trading applications in real time Communicate incident updates clearly to technical and business stakeholders Monitor system performance and proactively prevent bottlenecks or outages Develop scripts and automation tools to reduce operational overhead Conduct deep‑dived investigations into multi‑layered systems to identify root causes and long‑term fixes Partner with engineers and traders to roll out new features and improvements that enhance speed, scalability, and system resilience Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in production support, SRE, or trading system operations Proficient in Python and Bash scripting Familiarity with Prometheus, SQL/MongoDB, and monitoring frameworks is a strong plus Experience with enterprise Linux distributions (CentOS, RHEL, or Rocky) preferred Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and an eagerness to solve high‑impact technical challenges Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, high‑performance environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Fintal Partners
