At The Osborn, we are committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and respected.Position Summary: The CNA provides direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring that each resident maintains the highest level of dignity, comfort, and independence.Key Responsibilities:Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.Support residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to nursing staff.Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for residents.Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, promoting their overall well-being.Follow established care plans and communicate effectively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams.Qualifications:Current New York State CNA certification required.Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Assisted Living setting preferred but not required.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.Compensation:$25.45 per hourShift differentials for evening and night shifts (if applicable)Benefits for Eligible Employees:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off (PTO) and holidaysTuition reimbursement programsEmployee assistance programCareer advancement opportunitiesAbout The Osborn: Located on a 56-acre campus in Rye, NY, The Osborn has been serving the senior community for over 100 years.
