What you'll do:

• Facilitate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluations
• Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and assist them through the hiring process
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on meetings arranged, interviews performed, and hires sourced from your leads

What you need to succeed:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
