Outside Parts Sales RepresentativeM&K Truck Centers is one of the largest and fastest-growing regional Mack and Volvo commercial truck and parts dealerships in the Midwest. We are seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative who enjoys relationship-based selling, values long-term customer partnerships, and is equally comfortable expanding business through new customer development.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow an assigned territory by supporting existing accounts and building new customer relationshipsDevelop long-term partnerships through consistent customer contact and solution-based sellingProactively seek and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and market awarenessSell OEM truck parts for Mack and Volvo, with a strong focus on meeting customer parts needs quickly and accuratelyProactively call on fleet customers, repair facilities, owner-operators, and other prospective accountsDrive sales growth through relationship-based selling, regular customer visits, and consistent follow-upIdentify new customers and expand wallet share within existing accountsStay current on Mack and Volvo parts offerings, product updates, and promotionsPromote OEM parts programs, pricing initiatives, and dealership-supported specialsAccurately write parts orders, ensure proper pricing, and confirm availabilityPartner closely with the inside parts team to ensure excellent customer execution and fulfillmentProvide management with key customer insights, territory feedback, and market intelligenceMeet or exceed territory sales goals, market penetration objectives, and profitability expectationsRepresent M&K Truck Centers professionally and consistently in the fieldWhat We Are Looking ForA relationship-focused sales professional who also enjoys developing new businessExperience in heavy-duty truck parts or automotive parts salesStrong working knowledge of commercial vehicles, diesel parts, OEM and aftermarket products3–5+ years of outside sales or direct customer-facing experienceExcellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skillsStrong time management and organizational habitsComfortable with CRM systems and computer-based sales toolsSelf-motivated, dependable, and customer-focusedWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation with uncapped commission potential.Benefits package, including an ESOP program.Be part of a dynamic, growth-focused team.Ready to Join Us?
