This position is essential to delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Sort, wash and fold linen and towels Monitor quality of linen returned for guest use Maintain cleanliness of laundry room Assist Housekeepers as needed Maintain Laundry Equipment Replace Laundry chemicals as needed Follow all safety and cleaning procedures Report maintenance or safety concerns Provide friendly, professional customer service Work independently and with the housekeeping team Qualifications Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but no experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays Benefits & Perks We offer one of the highest starting wages for hotel housekeepers in the area, plus great full-time benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Life Insurance 401(k) PTO Company DiscountsSupportive, respectful work environment MCHG is an equal opportunity employer .
