Number of Beds – 11 ORs
Number of Staff – 53
Type of staff:
Night Shift – 1 Charge Nurse & 1 tech in-house one trauma team on-call, 1 neuro tech on-call
1 heart team on-call (2 RN 1 CST)
Patient Ratios – 2:1
Type of equipment - OR
EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital OR RN experience
BLS & ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Prior Meditech experience
Director HIGHLY prefers Charge experience candidates and they will be given priority
Precepting experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
General OR surgeries, Neuro/Spine, CVT, Ortho, GYN, Robotics

Flexible, easy going, great communication skills
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
Call requirements are 1-2 nights per week, and 1-2 weekend call shifts per month.
