Responsibilities

• Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints effectively.
• Manage data entry tasks accurately, including updating customer records and processing transactions.
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new offerings.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Support client services by coordinating appointments, processing payments, and handling cash transactions when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software applications to document interactions and generate reports.
• Analyze customer feedback and interaction data to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering consistent, high-quality support.

Skills

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively.
• Proven experience in sales or customer support roles within call centers or client services environments.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances communication capabilities.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles, including phone etiquette and active listening.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for clear interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills.
• Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Previous call center experience or familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
• Attention to detail in cash handling, typing accuracy, and documentation processes.
