Join our dynamic team at D'Cocco's Pizzeria Restaurant as a Server Waitstaff! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments and manage cash register operations.
- Previous experience in a waitstaff or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
