$1468.80/week - Job Summary: The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) supports patient rehabilitation under the supervision of licensed physical therapists, providing quality care to promote patient recovery and mobility. This role involves assessing patient needs, assisting with treatment plans, and ensuring smooth therapy sessions. Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists in implementing customized treatment plans for patients. Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes or concerns to the supervising therapist. Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care. Adhere to all clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and documentation standards. Qualifications: Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Proven experience in a clinical rehabilitation setting. Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and modalities. Excellent communication and patient interaction skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
